This is a translation for information purposes. In case of any difference, the Romanian version of these terms prevails.

1. Who we are

birlis.com is operated by NORVA GROUP SRL, a Romanian company registered since 6 februarie 2026, with the identification details above. BIRLIS is our office & workspace brand; on birlis.com we also sell products of other stationery and office-supply brands, delivered across Europe.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in Romanian lei and include VAT. The valid price is the one displayed when you place the order. Shipping is shown separately before checkout.

3. Placing an order

Orders are placed electronically through the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse an order if the product is no longer available, if delivery details are incomplete, or if there is a well-founded suspicion of fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. No deposit and no extra cash-on-delivery fee. The minimum order depends on the delivery country and is shown in the cart — see the table in section 5.

5. Delivery

We ship from our own stock, by courier, to the countries below. The transit time for each country is in the table (working days from order confirmation).

The delivery fee is a standard amount per country, charged once per order regardless of the number of products. When the value of the products reaches the threshold in the table, delivery is free. Outside Romania the fee and the threshold are set in the country’s currency; payment is in Romanian lei at the daily rate (ECB / BNM), and the exact amount is shown in the cart and at checkout, before you place the order.

6. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Notify us at contact@birlis.com with your order number.

• Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• Parcels sent cash-on-delivery are not accepted.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Return address: Jud. Ilfov, Oraș Voluntari, nr. 84C — Depozit Recepție nr. 5.

We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days.

7. Legal guarantee — 2 years

Products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. Normal wear, misuse and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

8. Products and photographs

Colours may appear different depending on your screen and room lighting; small differences are not a defect. Dimensions carry the usual textile tolerance of ±2%.

9. Complaints

Write to contact@birlis.com first — we reply within 5 working days. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC (alternative dispute resolution) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Intellectual property

BIRLIS is a trade mark of the Corcodel Holding group. Texts, photographs and graphics on this site may not be reproduced without our written consent.

11. Governing law

Romanian law applies. Disputes fall to the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings where they live.
