The delivery fee is a standard amount per country, charged once per order regardless of the number of products. When the value of the products reaches the threshold in the table, delivery is free. Outside Romania the fee and the threshold are set in the country’s currency; payment is in Romanian lei at the daily rate (ECB / BNM), and the exact amount is shown in the cart and at checkout, before you place the order.
Payment is cash on delivery, to the courier, with no deposit and no extra fee. The shipping fee and the free-delivery threshold are in the table above.
Returns
You have 30 days to return a product — more than the 14 days required by law. No reason needed.
- Email contact@birlis.com with your order number.
- Repack the product as received, in its original packaging.
- Ship it at your own expense, with any courier, to: Jud. Ilfov, Oraș Voluntari, nr. 84C — Depozit Recepție nr. 5.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
Faulty products
The legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years. Write to us with your order number and a few photographs — we reply within 5 working days.
