A szállítási díj országonként egy standard összeg, rendelésenként egyszer, a szőnyegek számától függetlenül. Ha a termékek értéke eléri a táblázatban szereplő küszöböt, a szállítás ingyenes. Románián kívül a díj és a küszöb az adott ország pénznemében van megadva; a fizetés román lejben történik a napi árfolyamon (EKB / BNM), a pontos összeg pedig a kosárban és a megrendelés véglegesítésekor jelenik meg, a rendelés elküldése előtt.
Payment is cash on delivery, to the courier, with no deposit and no extra fee. The shipping fee and the free-delivery threshold are in the table above.
Returns
You have 30 days to return a product — more than the 14 days required by law. No reason needed.
- Email contact@birlis.com with your order number.
- Repack the product as received, in its original packaging.
- Ship it at your own expense, with any courier, to: Jud. Ilfov, Oraș Voluntari, nr. 84C — Depozit Recepție nr. 5.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
Faulty products
The legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years. Write to us with your order number and a few photographs — we reply within 5 working days.
